Downwind Day NL
Dit jaar organiseren we samen met The Hangout, Makai en Natural High meerdere eendaagse downwinders langs de Nederlandse kust. Perfect om je eerste begeleide downwinder te maken of je als ervaren kiter te kwalificeren voor de legendarische TVTAS. Een dag vol wind, zee en avontuur die je niet wilt missen!

Please note: We charge additional fees for some packages. The costs vary per trip and can be added optionally when booking. Make sure you register with the correct level to ensure maximum progression!
Kitegear rental
With the help of CORE, we always have the latest CORE kites with us at our camps, so you’ll always be on the water with the right kite size. Don’t feel like bringing all your gear? No problem!

Our conditions
Please ensure you indicate your correct skill level when booking.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the wind. If you are unable to complete your package, you can pay the outstanding balance in various ways.
You can use the outstanding balance in our webshop on (kite) equipment.
You can also use it for other KiteActive trips or give it as a gift voucher to friends.
You can complete the package at one of our schools in the Netherlands.
Check your insurance. If you need help with the correct insurance, please contact us and ask for our assistance!
Not all insurance companies cover kitesurfing equipment.
Participation in our packages is always at your own risk. Kitesurfing is an extreme sport, and while we ensure that you learn to kitesurf in the safest way possible, you must always be aware of yourself and others.

Important: Once your level has been confirmed by our team, you’ll automatically receive an email in your inbox with the option to finalize your registration for this event. There are only a limited number of spots available, and they go fast! This year we’re working on a first-come, first-served basis: if you sign up first and your level is approved, you’re in!
How big is the change for green light?
From our experience, we know that we always get the right conditions for this trip at least once a year. Autumn is often the favorite because that’s when the northwesterly storms start. Unfortunately, we’ve also had a year where we didn’t have the right conditions.
